I'm not completely sure. Personally I have a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe and it's freakin' amazing. The only built in effects it has are reverb and two levels of distortion, but I bought it because it sound frickin' beautiful. If you haven't bought that amp with the vibrato channel you're talking about, get a fender deluxe. Oh mah freakin' gosh they're awesome.
