i think u might have got me wrong. I’m a strat guy i hate gibson their design is stupid u can’t easily reach the lower frets.

you do know that gibson guitars have more imperfections that most other brands right? and yes i understand that this is because they are all hand made but still…its a mark agains them

@Bieling3 The tubes overdriving. it sounds way better in person.but u dont have to drive the tubes u can get i loud with out the crunch and throw a pedal in front if u like. I drive the tubes for the natural fizz then boost it with a distortion pedal i love the sound of vox.

Does that raspyness borderline fizzyness come from the speakers distorting or is it more related to the tubes used? Either way this demo put me off want the amp.

yes we do , but we also point to the that squier and epiphone(after gibson bought them) are less fancier than a broom with strings.Dude even top of the line custom shop might suck, the finish isn’t nitro any more and when it is ,the underneath coat is a mile fat to cover the wood imperfections and be easy to topcoat -not letting the thing breathe

did u mean to give grief about owning a squire? There’s nothing wrong with owning a squire, I have a squire strat model, perfectly fine, however giggin i would always use my Epiphone Les Paul. I’d say squire would be Fender’s version of Gibson and Epiphone? Anyone agree?
